Sweet Potato Casserole



Ingredients:
3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (2 1/2 pounds about 4 medium)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk



Topping:
1/2 (453 grams) box dark brown sugar (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter, melted



Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour into 8 by 8-inch casserole dish.

2. Mix topping ingredients till crumbly and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture. Uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.
