Stir Fried Beef with Red Wine


Ingredients:
1 pound boneless round steak, cut into bite size
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce or soy sauce
3 tablespoons red wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut in to wedges
3 bunches green onion, cut 2 inches long

Broccoli, separated into florets (optional)Mushroom, sliced (optional)

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce and red wine.

2. In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoon oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion stir fry for 1 minute. Add beef, cook and stir until browned. Add sauce mixture. Add mushroom and broccoli, cook until broccoli is tender and crisp. Remove pan from the heat, add green onion, and stir a little bit. Serve with rice.
